Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform projects. You will map business needs to Dynamics/Power Platform capabilities and custom solutions, support agile delivery teams, and help clients adopt new solutions and plan functional improvements. The role includes prototyping and configuring low-code solutions in client test and production environments (POC) while ensuring solution quality and transparent project communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements (with clients, scope, backlog, and the project team)

• Model business processes and map requirements to available functionality or custom Dynamics/Power Platform solutions

• Collaborate with an agile self-organizing team responsible for building and implementing Dynamics/Power Platform solutions

• Support client user adoption of new solutions and design further functional enhancements for evolving business needs

• Prototype, improve, configure, and deploy low-code solutions in dedicated client test and production environments (POC)

• Ensure delivery quality and maintain transparency and appropriate information flow in the project

• Create project documentation (user instructions, business procedures, and solution business specifications)

Requirements

• Ability to identify business challenges and comprehensively define and describe requirements

• Ability to plan and coordinate implementation processes with correct sequencing and priorities

• Analytical problem-solving ability (requirements mapping and business process modeling)

• Ability to identify and verify potential sources of problems and draw conclusions

• Experience with structured requirements gathering (backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization)

• Knowledge of agile project methodologies and applying their key principles daily

• English proficiency at least B2 (speaking and writing)

• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, accountability, thoroughness, and an outcomes/deadline-focused mindset

• Willingness to continuously develop in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technologies
