Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business needs, designing processes, and supporting delivery of new functionality for clients using mobile and digital channels.

You will translate business requirements into functional needs for development teams, model processes and target customer journeys, and prepare analysis, recommendations, and documentation. You will also support implementations and business testing and contribute to development of investment product features in mobile apps and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements for development teams
• Model business processes and design target customer journeys
• Collaborate with business experts, IT, and external partners
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and documentation
• Support implementations and business testing
• Participate in the development of investment product functionalities in mobile applications and other digital channels
• Work with project teams delivering new functionality

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in business analysis and working with requirements
• Knowledge of financial services market products
• Android and iOS knowledge to understand how mobile applications work
• Practical knowledge of Scrum
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into concrete requirements
