Description

Business Systems Analyst role supporting healthcare digital transformation by translating stakeholder needs into functional and non-functional requirements and recommending IT solutions. You will run workshops, model business processes, create User Stories and process models, and support integration analysis across delivery phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and analyze business needs and stakeholder requirements

• Analyze and model business processes and recommend IT solutions

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Analyze integration requirements and support the design of integrations between systems

• Prepare analytical documentation, including User Stories and process models

• Split scope into delivery stages, considering MVP and subsequent releases; support validation of product hypotheses

• Collaborate with business, development, and test teams across IT project stages

• Support testing and verify implemented solutions meet the requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business-systems analysis (needs analysis and IT solution selection)

• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Experience modeling business processes and creating User Stories

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML

• Experience creating analytical and project documentation

• Experience with Confluence, Miro, or Adonis

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall and experience working with project, development, and test teams

• Ability to break down scope into phases, including MVP and subsequent releases

• English proficiency at least B2

Nice to have

• Healthcare project experience

• Integration knowledge (REST API, Web Services)

• SQL and Postman knowledge

• Experience in projects related to mobile application development
