Description

Work on enterprise projects by analyzing customer needs and translating them into solutions in SAP + OpenText. You will design and configure document management, collaborate with developers during implementation and modifications, test and support deployment, and prepare functional and user documentation. The role also includes training end users and administrators and presenting solutions in workshops and project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into SAP + OpenText solution design

• Propose and configure document management solutions

• Coordinate with developers during implementation and solution changes

• Test solution functionality and participate in go-live deployment

• Create functional and user documentation

• Train end users and administrators

• Participate in project meetings (requirements gathering, solution presentations, workshops)

• Communicate across the internal team (development, consultants, project management)

• Gradually take ownership of larger project parts from analysis to delivery

• Propose improvements and optimize customer processes

• Keep learning SAP and OpenText technologies

Requirements

• Proven IT knowledge and experience gained via IT studies or professional practice

• Basic knowledge of a programming language (Java, C, C++, or Python)

• English at least B2 (spoken and written)

• Analytical thinking

• Communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to educate yourself and continuously learn

• Willingness to work mostly from the office (with occasional home office)
