Description

You will join an SAP implementation team working with key customers on projects using modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions. The role can be either as an architect—covering end-to-end process design, solution consistency, and technical advisory—or as a consultant—owning module support, analysis, functional specification, configuration, implementation, testing, and support. You will also communicate with key users and coordinate with development teams (including ABAP).

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP projects and collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal management

• Architect role: analyze customer needs/processes, define critical processes and their coverage by IT systems, ensure consistency between business requirements and IT capabilities, oversee solution integrity, and provide expert guidance

• Consultant role: provide expert support for SAP modules, collect requirements, design solutions, create process analysis and functional specifications, contribute to proposals, manage implementation lifecycle from analysis through testing and support, and handle configuration/customization

• Work with and communicate tasks to ABAP developers when needed

• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals; communicate with key users

Requirements

• For SAP Solutions Architect: several years of consulting experience in architecture/design and end-to-end processes across diverse customers and industries

• For SAP Solutions Architect: deep knowledge of SAP products and related competencies including integration, development, workflow, BPM, data warehousing, reporting, and databases

• Experience using non-SAP and open source products/technologies

• Experience designing cloud environments and solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS)

• Czech/Slovak and English language proficiency (written and spoken)

• For SAP Consultant: experience with at least one of these modules: FI, CO, CRM, MM, IS-U, BW

• Practical implementation experience for the selected module(s): analysis, target concept, configuration, implementation, and possible modifications, plus training and support

• References from implementation projects (including as a key user)

• Strong analytical thinking
