Description

Design and develop LLM-based agentic solutions to automate complex business processes in investment banking. Build data extraction pipelines, evaluation and observability frameworks, and deploy/industrialize models on GPU infrastructure with quality ensured by testing and DevOps best practices. Take full ownership of AI feature delivery while respecting the constraints and non-deterministic behavior of LLMs through clear communication and robust safety rails.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agentic solutions to automate complex business processes
• Collaborate with business teams to identify needs and drive adoption of AI solutions
• Develop data extraction pipelines and implement evaluation and observability frameworks for AI agents
• Deploy and industrialize models (LLMs, GPUs), ensuring quality through testing and DevOps best practices
• Own AI features end-to-end and ship to flagship banking infrastructure
• Respect LLM non-determinism and compliance requirements; communicate constraints clearly and build safety rails
• Test ideas and PoCs quickly to validate feasibility and avoid technical debt
• Communicate technical trade-offs and mentor peers
