Description

You will provide first-line IT support for employees by receiving requests and resolving basic technical issues. The role includes configuring computers and user accounts, administering Google Workspace (including shared drives and permissions), and managing password resets and 2FA. You will also maintain IT documentation, track software licenses, and manage user access to CRM and other company systems during onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support: intake of incidents/requests and basic troubleshooting
• Configure hardware and user accounts; resolve minor device issues
• Administer Google Workspace: account creation/blocking, groups, aliases, shared drives, file permissions
• Perform password resets and manage two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Maintain software license records, renewals schedule, and assign/revoke licenses to users
• Manage access to CRM and other company systems, including onboarding/offboarding permissions
• Conduct periodic reviews of system access and permissions
• Maintain IT documentation: user instructions, inventory of equipment and access

Requirements

• Student status (IT/computer science or related field preferred)
• On-site availability in the office on business days
• Good user knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking (Wi-Fi, printers, VPN)
• Accuracy and responsibility when working with access rights and data
• Communication skills and patience with non-technical users
