Description

As a BPM Product Owner, you will lead the strategic development of an enterprise BPM platform, design and orchestrate end-to-end banking processes across multiple systems and channels, and implement automations for complex customer service paths.

You will translate the bank’s business goals into process solutions, integration requirements, and functional product architecture, ensuring regulatory compliance, data security, auditability, and operational continuity.

The role also includes identifying process optimization opportunities using process analytics, decision rules, and AI, and managing transformation dependencies, technical debt, and migration risk.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage BPM platform development, including product architecture, roadmap directions, and scaling.
• Design and orchestrate multi-step end-to-end banking processes across systems, service channels, and organizational units.
• Map business objectives to process solutions, integration requirements, and functional architecture.
• Design automation with regulatory, compliance, data security, auditability, and operational continuity requirements in mind.
• Develop integrations between the BPM platform and banking systems, digital channels, CRM, and API services.
• Identify optimization opportunities using process analytics, decision rules, and AI.
• Manage process transformation, system dependencies, technical debt, and migration risk.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on process efficiency, operational cost, delivery time, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in strategic product management for BPM and enterprise-class platforms.
• Advanced skills in end-to-end process orchestration in a banking environment.
• Ability to connect Product Management, Business Process Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience designing process automation in regulated environments.
• Practical experience integrating systems and digital channels in a banking ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Process Intelligence, Hyperautomation, and AI usage for process optimization.
• Experience managing process transformation while maintaining operational continuity.
• Ability to manage product delivery based on business value and to prioritize technology investments.
