Description

Own the development strategy and roadmap for an enterprise BPM platform that automates and digitizes customer service processes end-to-end.

Translate business goals into functional requirements, process solutions, and BPM platform architecture while coordinating cross-system end-to-end process flows.

Ensure compliance, data security, auditability, and operational resilience, and continuously optimize KPIs tied to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BPM platform product strategy, including product vision, development plans, and scaling directions

• Design and develop process architecture supporting business process automation

• Design and coordinate end-to-end processes across multiple systems, customer service channels, and organizational units

• Convert business objectives into functional requirements, process solutions, and BPM platform architecture

• Plan solutions considering compliance, data security, auditability, and operational robustness

• Define integration approach between the BPM platform and the organization’s ecosystem (central systems, digital solutions, CRM, API services)

• Identify and develop initiatives across process automation, Process Intelligence, BPM, and Hyperautomation

• Manage process transformation while reducing technical debt, addressing system dependencies, and controlling operational risks

• Prioritize initiatives and technology investments based on business value, impact on process efficiency, and customer experience

• Monitor and optimize process performance indicators and achievement of product business goals

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a closely related product/process management role

• Experience in the banking/financial sector or another highly regulated environment

• Practical knowledge of BPM platforms and business process automation concepts

• Experience designing and managing end-to-end processes across multiple systems and organizational areas

• Knowledge of Business Process Management, process transformation, and business process optimization; ability to collaborate with architects, technology teams, and business stakeholders

• Experience with system integrations and API services; knowledge of compliance, data security, and financial-sector regulatory requirements

• Higher education, preferably STEM (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related)

Preferred

• Enterprise Architecture experience

• Experience delivering or evolving process automation platforms in large organizations

• Knowledge of tools supporting business process modeling and monitoring

• Experience implementing transformation initiatives across multiple business units and systems
