Description

Senior BPMN Developer to deliver projects based on the IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platform. The role includes designing, implementing, and developing business processes, integrating with external systems, and collaborating with both IT and business teams. You will also build and maintain Coach applications and handle production environment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BAW-based solutions
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN
• Create and develop integration services and connections to external systems
• Design, develop, and maintain Coach applications
• Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare solution recommendations
• Diagnose and resolve issues occurring in production environments
• Work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions based on IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Strong knowledge of BPMN business process modeling
• Ability to build integration services and integrate with external systems
• Experience creating and maintaining Coach applications
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and recommend optimal solutions
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing business processes
• Strong collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
• University degree
