Description

Support production lines by solving technical problems and analyzing production processes for optimization in modern automotive electronics. Collaborate with quality, production, maintenance, and development teams, and maintain process and manufacturing documentation. More experienced engineers may lead process improvement projects, implement automation solutions, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support production and resolve technical issues on production lines
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
• Contribute to bringing new products into serial production
• Identify opportunities to increase quality and productivity
• Work with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Development departments
• Create and update process and production documentation
• Participate in improvement projects
• (Senior) Lead projects focused on improving manufacturing processes
• (Senior) Implement automation solutions
• (Senior) Analyze production data and propose system measures
• (Senior) Mentor less experienced colleagues
• (Senior) Support strategic development of manufacturing technologies

Requirements

• Junior: Technical education (secondary or university)
• Junior: Interest in manufacturing, technologies, or automation
• Junior: Analytical thinking and willingness to look for solutions
• Junior: Willingness to learn new things
• Junior: Basic English knowledge
• Senior: Experience with manufacturing or process technologies
• Senior: Understanding of the production environment (ideally automotive)
• Senior: Experience optimizing processes and solving technical problems
• Senior: Knowledge of continuous improvement methods is an advantage
• Senior: Ability to independently manage a scope and push changes
