Own and scale shipping and tracking products that directly improve how meal kits move through a global logistics network and reach customers. Lead a shipping and tracking squad, set and execute a mid-term vision, and build 0-to-1 innovations by collaborating with engineering and operational leaders across markets. Use deep-dive analytics and end-user testing to measure feature performance, optimize outcomes, and drive smooth global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a mid-term vision for logistics network design, execution, and shipping operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and operational teams across global markets

• Act as the domain SME for complex logistics challenges

• Use data-driven analysis to evaluate, measure, and optimize feature performance

• Drive end-user testing and change management for global feature rollouts

• Foster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivery quality

Requirements

• Senior/lead product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or food tech

• Proven track record solving complex operational challenges in multi-country environments via product optimization and 0-to-1 innovation

• Strong analytical expertise and business acumen to turn data into actionable strategy

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences

• Adaptable, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on simple, scalable, sustainable solutions
