Responsibilities

• Challenge ineffective delivery practices and drive clarity
• Introduce practical, lightweight structures to improve delivery outcomes
• Own delivery enablement outcomes

Requirements

• Experience implementing agile or product delivery models in complex environments
• Experience working across multiple teams with strong interdependencies
• Experience coaching Product Owners and delivery teams in backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery discipline
• Experience establishing delivery structures in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Strong understanding of cross-team coordination, dependency management, and delivery sequencing
• Track record of improving delivery outcomes (not just process adherence)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive clarity
• Proven ownership of delivery enablement outcomes
• Experience coaching resistant senior business/finance stakeholders and building an agile mindset from scratch
• Experience defining and coaching the Product Owner role, including harmonising across regions and clarifying that the PO owns value and objectives, not the IT solution
• Proven track record of getting business people to build the backlog, roadmap, and objectives before requesting architecture documents
• Experience re-establishing basic ceremonies, especially a true daily stand-up focused on progress and blockers
• Experience working with part-time teams and pulling integration/design SMEs only when needed
• Experience securing stakeholder attendance and engagement with agile practices
