Description

Lead a technical program across multiple engineering teams to deliver a product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. Translate high-level goals and backlog items into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate architecture, APIs/integrations, testing/validation, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness, while managing risks and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution across MSCI engineering, First Street engineering, and internal engineering teams

• Drive product integration execution: workflows, technical dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery

• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP migration: dependencies, validation, parallel runs, testing, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness

• Build roadmap/backlog tracking structures, including risk management and issue escalation

• Work with technical leads to understand architecture, components, APIs/integrations, cloud services, databases, and unblock issues

• Coordinate engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product activities across distributed teams (India and New York)

• Maintain AWS↔GCP service understanding and map AWS services to GCP equivalents

• Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve program execution and technical problem solving

• Provide weekly status reports and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and actions to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or comparable technical delivery/engineering leadership

• Proven experience leading complex technology programs across multiple engineering teams with significant technical dependencies

• Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, components, APIs/integrations, databases, and delivery processes

• Practical understanding of AWS and GCP, including mapping AWS services to GCP services

• Cloud migration experience (hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration highly desirable)

• Ability to decompose high-level work into detailed technical workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans

• Experience coordinating testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, release/cutover, and production readiness

• Strong ownership, follow-through, risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting

• Upper-intermediate English level
