Description

You will supervise and coordinate IT implementation projects for electronic document exchange (EDI) and e-invoicing in international projects. The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, designing IT solutions, overseeing project scope/schedule/budget and risks, and reporting results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate EDI system implementation projects

• Communicate with the client at different stages to ensure work aligns with agreed assumptions

• Analyze business requirements and design IT solutions; coordinate between business teams and technical/production teams

• Organize and run meetings to collect detailed requirements and present functionality

• Manage key project parameters: scope, schedule, budget, and risk

• Report effectiveness of ongoing work and present outcomes to stakeholders

• Build and maintain client relationships; ensure collaboration quality within the team via recurring project meetings

• Actively support the team in resolving technical and organizational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, IT, or economics field

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Very good English and Spanish

• Preferred: knowledge and experience in Electronic Data Interchange or e-invoicing process automation

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

• Ability to create business and technical requirements, monitor progress, manage time, and build relationships

• Communication skills, independence, systematic approach, engagement, and responsibility for decisions

• Willingness for business travel

• Bonus: project management training/certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, AgilePM, SCRUM)
