Description

You will implement, administer, and develop an ERP system and related databases, with a strong focus on master data management for production.

You will manage manufacturing master data (items, BOMs, technological procedures/routings, and other production data) and ensure correct ERP setup for efficient production processes and accurate manufacturing cost evaluation.

You will collaborate with production, technology, planning, purchasing, and sales teams, support reporting data requirements, and contribute to internal process development.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and develop the ERP system and related databases

• Maintain master data according to established rules

• Configure and manage items, BOMs, technological procedures, and other production data

• Ensure ERP settings support efficient production and correct manufacturing cost evaluation

• Identify improvement and optimization opportunities within the ERP system

• Work with production, technology, planning, purchasing, and commercial teams

• Support pricing-related processes in the ERP system

• Prepare specifications for data reports and verify their correctness

• Create item records for special customer projects

• Contribute to plant development and setup of internal processes

Requirements

• Secondary school education (SŠ)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP HANA, ProAlpha or similar)

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Orientation in manufacturing processes

• Ability to read technical documentation and 2D/3D drawings

• Analytical and systematic approach

• Organizational skills and cross-department collaboration ability

• Communicative English

• Experience in metal fabrication is an advantage
