Description

You will provide operational support for the enova365 (HR/Payroll) system by handling user reports, diagnosing problems, and supporting their resolution. You will work closely with the implementation team and second-line support, while documenting issues and building a knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process user reports from the enova365 system (HR/Payroll)

• Diagnose problems and provide guidance to resolve them

• Collaborate with the implementation team and II line support

• Document tickets and create/maintain a knowledge base

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of enova365 (HR/Payroll); experience on this system is a plus

• Knowledge of HR and payroll or finance and accounting (minimum basic level)

• Communicative, patient, and positive attitude

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ticketing systems

• Experience in customer service
