Description

You will design and implement business logic and build REST APIs aligned with OpenAPI 3 for systems handling cards and payments. The role focuses on performance, clean and maintainable code, automated testing, and collaboration through code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business logic for card and payments systems
• Create and develop REST API interfaces in accordance with the OpenAPI 3 specification
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial Java development experience (Java 17–21), able to complete tasks independently at a mid level
• Practical knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot 4.x, as well as Maven and Lombok
• Experience creating RESTful APIs and working with OpenAPI 3 specifications
• Ability to analyze and improve application performance
• Good relational database and SQL skills (especially PostgreSQL), plus Flyway and jOOQ
• Experience writing automated tests with Spock and Groovy
• Comfort working with development tooling: IntelliJ IDEA, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, ELK
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment automation using Docker, Ansible, and OpenShift
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level
