Description

You’ll develop and evolve internal banking applications focused on payments, payment cards, and ATM-related solutions. The role includes implementing business logic, building and evolving RESTful APIs, and optimizing application performance. You’ll also support automated testing and code quality through code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java applications in the payments, payment cards, and ATMs domain
• Implement and evolve business logic and API functionality
• Design and develop REST services according to best practices
• Optimize the performance of delivered solutions
• Write automated tests
• Participate in code review and ensure code readability and quality
• Work with relational databases and develop SQL-based solutions
• Collaborate on maintaining and further developing the applications

Requirements

• Practical experience with Java 17–21
• Experience with Spring Boot 4.x, Spring, Maven, and Lombok
• Knowledge of creating RESTful APIs and OpenAPI 3
• Ability to optimize application performance
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Experience with Flyway and jOOQ
• Ability to write automated tests with Spock and Groovy
• Knowledge of IntelliJ IDEA, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and ELK
• Experience with Docker, Ansible, and OpenShift for containerization and deployment automation
• Experience in banking/financial projects
