Description

Drive end-to-end SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live. Configure and optimize SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower) and integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex SAP projects and support pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower
• Run workshops and interviews to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
• Support master data design and migration for supply chain planning
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with architects/developers on enhancements
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
• Participate in pre-sales: solution presentations and effort estimations

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating requirements into functional designs
• Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
• Fluent English (B2 or higher)
