Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams across complex SAP projects, contributing to both delivery and pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Run workshops and interviews to capture planning processes and translate them into IBP solutions.
• Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware.
• Support supply chain planning master data design and migration.
• Mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions.
• Create functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in pre-sales: solution presentations and effort estimations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP IBP.
• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles).
• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs.
• Proficiency with the Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
