Description

Lead SAP APO implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support for supply chain planning. Configure and support APO planning modules such as Demand Planning, Integrated Demand Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling, and Global Available-to-Promise. Serve as functional SME for planning capabilities, including Price Repository (PR) and Rulex integrations, and support Cannibalizer analysis for demand shaping, promotional impacts, forecast adjustments, and product substitution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP APO implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities

• Support APO modules: DP, IDP, DRP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP

• Serve as functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP APO planning and related applications

• Support end-to-end Price Repository (PR) processes and integrations, including planning data management and Rulex application functionality

• Lead and support Cannibalizer analysis (demand shaping, product substitution, promotional forecast impacts, forecast adjustments, inventory optimization)

• Support enterprise planning applications including APO IDP, APO DRP, Rulex, PR, Scrapp, and Cannibalizer

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify forecasting trends and process improvement opportunities

• Support integrations between SAP APO and SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP BW, databases, and related enterprise applications

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong SAP APO planning expertise

• Hands-on experience supporting DP, IDP, DRP, SNP, PP/DS, and GATP

• End-to-end understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, supply planning, production scheduling)

• Proven experience with Price Repository (PR) processes and integrations

• Proven experience supporting Rulex functionality, administration, and business integration

• Deep expertise in Cannibalizer analysis, including demand shaping and product substitution modeling

• Ability to apply cannibalization insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory/replenishment planning

• Experience supporting and managing enterprise planning systems including APO IDP, APO DRP, Rulex, PR, Scrapp, and Cannibalizer

• Knowledge of planning data structures, forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization concepts, and planning analytics

• Experience integrating SAP APO with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP IBP, and related applications

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for complex planning and forecasting issues

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
