Description

You will be responsible for the support and further development of the SAP PP landscape. The role includes analyzing, optimizing, and implementing production processes in SAP, advising production-related business teams, and using ABAP for debugging and troubleshooting. You will also translate business requirements into solution concepts and collaborate closely with key users, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SAP PP landscape in day-to-day operations

• Analyze, optimize, and implement production processes in SAP

• Perform SAP PP customizing and implement functional requirements

• Advise business areas such as production, work preparation, and supply chain

• Support and improve manufacturing/fabrication processes

• Analyze production-close problem cases

• Use ABAP debugging to identify causes and fix errors in existing SAP processes

• Technically assess business requirements and develop solution concepts

• Collaborate closely with key users, business departments, and external partners

• Act as point of contact for production-related SAP topics

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in SAP PP

• Multi-year professional and project experience in SAP PP

• Experience with SAP customizing in the PP environment

• Strong process understanding in manufacturing/production companies

• Knowledge of adjacent modules: MM, QM, SD

• ABAP knowledge for debugging and error analysis

• Ability to independently analyze and implement business and technical requirements

• Strong consulting and communication skills with business stakeholders

• Analytical and conceptual skills

• (Preferred) Experience in manufacturing industry

• High level of initiative, accountability, and teamwork

• Very good German and good English proficiency
