Systems Analyst

Description

The Systems Analyst will design logical system architecture and system components, considering non-functional requirements, and produce technical documentation, solution specifications, and logical models. The role includes defining and documenting integrations between systems and standards for data exchange, and collaborating with architects and development teams to implement the solutions. You will ensure consistency between business requirements and the technical solution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of systems analysis experience in the banking sector in investment or brokerage products
• Full responsibility for an area, including architectural decision-making and influence on the direction of system and process development
• Experience participating in the entire change process—from initiation to implementation
• Experience in testing processes
• Experience working in a complex project
• Experience working in Scrum
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN, system integrations, and data exchange standards
• Ability to use SQL to search in databases and analyze errors based on logs
• Business analysis skills, including requirements analysis and communication with stakeholders; knowledge of investment products is desirable
• Tooling experience: JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, Elasticsearch
