Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the property administration software iX-Haus in commercial property management
• Create, maintain, document, and archive master data (properties, tenants)
• Monitor and review applicable index updates
• Create serial letters (mail merge)
• Handle correspondence with tenants, authorities, and service providers

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the in-house software iX-Haus
• Completed training as a real estate management professional (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in property administration (preferred)
• Strong social skills, high numerical affinity, accuracy, and a service-oriented working approach
