Description

You will grow B2B business for IT and e-commerce projects by turning your existing contacts into new opportunities and by developing long-term relationships with larger clients. You will prospect companies that need a new website, e-shop, app, or improvements to existing solutions, and then take commercial ownership of the clients you bring in. Project delivery is handled by a project manager, while proposal preparation is supported by leadership and experts.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on previous business contacts and win new clients

• Build long-term relationships with larger organizations even before the first order

• Commercially manage leads you bring in and offer additional services

• Engage e-shop owners, manufacturers/wholesalers, and organizations that need web, app, or platform improvements

• Coordinate with the team responsible for delivery (project manager)

Requirements

• Proven B2B business development/sales results

• Ideally experience in IT, e-commerce, or digital services

• Ability to acquire clients and develop accounts over time

• Ability to leverage existing contacts/network to start conversations and build pipeline

Benefits

• Fixed monthly fee 60–70k CZK (contracting via IČO) depending on experience, plus commission

• Commission-based earnings for new deals and further development of acquired clients; total target 100–120k CZK/month when meeting agreed goals
