Description

You will serve as a primary escalation point for the Junior TOC team, helping maintain high availability, performance, and reliability of global game infrastructure. The role focuses on incident, problem, and service request management, advanced troubleshooting, operational documentation/audits, and automation of operational workflows. You will also collaborate with SRE teams to implement innovative technical solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as key escalation point for expected and unexpected events impacting production applications, systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Maintain global infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud platforms
• Propose and implement complex automation strategies to improve efficiency and system performance
• Collaborate with SRE teams to onboard and implement technical solutions
• Ensure uptime and performance standards for a seamless gaming experience
• Diagnose and resolve advanced production network and system operations issues
• Document operational activities and technical configurations and keep them audit-compliant
• Oversee resolution of technical service requests and user-submitted tickets while maintaining customer service quality

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in large-scale production networks or systems operations with strong reliability engineering principles
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in English with technical staff and senior management
• Capability to support a globally distributed team and adapt quickly to new tools
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and architectural concepts
• Customer-centric mindset focusing on end-user impact
