Description

You will take technical ownership of enterprise applications and ensure their availability, performance, and stability across the full lifecycle. You will design and implement services, interfaces, upgrades, and migrations while continuously evolving the application and database landscape. You will also automate recurring operational tasks, establish standards and runbooks, and provide observability and monitoring—acting as a 3rd-level escalation point for complex incidents and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership for enterprise applications, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability

• Design and implement new services, interfaces, upgrades, and migrations; evolve application and database landscape

• Automate recurring tasks; define standards and runbooks

• Set up modern monitoring, logging, and observability to enable efficient handover, early issue detection, and reduced operational effort

• Analyze service quality, incidents, and performance issues; drive sustainable improvements for users and operations

• Serve as the technical escalation point (3rd level) and resolve complex incidents for internal stakeholders and project teams
