• Focus: End-to-end collections and accounts receivable management

Description

Provide an excellent Finance service by coordinating end-to-end collections activities for client accounts in line with Keyloop policies and procedures. Use your subject-matter knowledge to support clients and business partners while ultimately maximizing cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding debts and manage all outstanding accounts receivable on a daily basis

• Proactively contact clients professionally to maintain and improve relations

• Investigate historical data for outstanding debts and take action to encourage timely payments

• Manage client queries and requests; distribute statements and reminders as scheduled

• Regularly update account status records and collection efforts

• Work closely with the C&CM team to help resolve customer disputes, issues, and data updates

• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

• Gather supporting documents if legal enforcement is required

• Support continual improvement of collection processes

• Escalate potential financial risk to the line manager with documented evidence and resolution

• Produce accurate reports in line with the MEC timetable for leadership

• Ensure all processes comply with SOX requirements at all times

• Act in line with company values in daily behaviors, communications, and actions

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Competent in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

• Ability to manage and prioritize workload

• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

• Working knowledge of Navision and iController is advantageous

• Proven track record as a Collections Specialist or similar role is a plus
