UX/UI Specialist (m/f/x)

For our Partner delivering a project for a European Union organization operating in the defence sector, we are looking for a UX/UI Specialist.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesElicits needs, analyses requirementsTransfers business, users and technical needs into GUI designDevelop GUI standards and related policesTest software against compliancy with the GUI standardsDesigns usability of the applicationBalance usability of GUI with limitation of the technologyImplements graphical mock-ups and prototypes of the GUIImplements GUIDesigns graphical layer of project documentation, presentation and marketing materialsCooperates with developers - to clarify technology limitations and GUI requirementsProfile requierementsMinimum level of education: level 6 - ICT relevant degree is not mandatoryMinimum IT relevant professional experience (years) - 8Minimum Project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position (years) - 5Knowledge and skillsHas designed GUI for at least 3 RIA systems or desktop thick clients or mobile applications (1 time, in the case of the basic profile)Expert in graphical design for software applicationsProficient in gathering and analysis UX requirements.Proficient in developing graphical mock-ups and active prototypes of user interface of the software applicationExpert in analysis and design of application usability and user experienceUnderstands software development technologies and their limitationsExpert in developing GUI components of software systems in HTML5 technologiesPresents excellent communication skillsHolds ability to document effectivelyCreativityGood knowledge of user interface ergonomicsKnowledge of design and graphical tools (Balsamiq/InVision/UXPin/Framer.js or other)Specific requirementsGood knowledge of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific toolsExperienced in preparation of mockups and graphical interfacesExceptional collaborative skillsVersatility in technologies and platformsContract Details:Contract type: B2BRate: 370-400 EUR/MDWork model: Remote with occasional visits in Warsaw officeCo-financing of private medical care and sports packages
