Description

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. You will administer corporate networking (LAN/VLAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN) and network devices, while also handling Windows and Linux servers, backups, basic monitoring, and firewall and network rule changes. The role includes incident resolution, infrastructure expansion, and maintaining clear documentation of network and server configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the corporate network (LAN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
• Configure switches and other network components; troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Administer Windows and Linux servers including updates, access, and basic monitoring
• Ensure backups and verify data restore functionality
• Participate in virtualization environment administration
• Perform routine changes on firewalls and in network rules
• Handle operational IT incidents and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Support recovery and expansion of IT infrastructure
• Maintain clear documentation for network, servers, and configurations

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of computer networks including IP addressing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing basics, and VPN
• Experience configuring and administering switches, primarily MikroTik (switchOS and routerOS)
• Experience administering Windows Server or Linux and willingness to expand knowledge into the other environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with users and colleagues from operations/production
