Description

You will take on technical and functional responsibility for all time-management topics in SAP HCM (Time Management). The position supports the mapping and system implementation of statutory and collective bargaining working-time rules, advises managers and HR/business units, and coordinates and optimizes time-management processes and working-time models. You will also analyze payroll-relevant matters and prepare audience-appropriate evaluations, statistics, and KPIs, while contributing to projects, system enhancements, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own functional responsibility for time management topics and act as central contact for expert questions

• Support functional mapping and system implementation of legal and collective bargaining working-time regulations

• Advise leadership, HR support, and specialist departments on time management, tariff issues, and system matters

• Coordinate and optimize time-management processes and working-time models; maintain and ensure quality of relevant data

• Manage implementation of new functional and technical requirements with central teams and the SAP HCM team

• Analyze payroll-relevant items and create audience-appropriate reports, statistics, and KPIs

• Contribute to projects, system development, and testing; actively support continuous improvement of time management

Requirements

• Degree in business administration (HR focus), business informatics, or comparable; or equivalent qualification via work experience in workforce management

• Very good SAP HCM skills, ideally Time Management (PT module)

• Strong knowledge of legal and collective bargaining working-time regulations

• Excellent communication and confident, reliable demeanor

• Very good German (written and spoken)

• Structured analysis and evaluation of complex topics

• High IT affinity; secure handling of Office 365 (preferred)

• Good knowledge of creating and assessing shift and working-time schedules (preferred)

• Experience implementing time management processes (preferred)
