Description

You will lead outbound product management and customer engagement for an Ethernet switch portfolio, managing strategic customer and partner accounts and shaping product positioning. The role focuses on capturing customer input and translating complex networking capabilities into actionable product requirements, supporting growth across AI, cloud, and data center markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary outbound PLM interface for strategic customer and partner accounts

• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to drive adoption and customer success

• Lead AI infrastructure and data center networking discussions covering Ethernet switching, congestion control, telemetry, SerDes, optics, and system integration

• Translate customer input into product requirements for future roadmap planning

• Represent the company in customer roadmap sessions, executive briefings, and industry forums

• Analyze market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies

• Provide business updates, forecasts, and opportunity assessments to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related); advanced degree preferred

• 13+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, business development, or account management in networking or semiconductor

• Demonstrated success managing major customer accounts for complex, high-technology products

• Strong understanding of Ethernet switching, data center networking architectures, AI networking workloads, and the hardware/software ecosystem

• Excellent communication skills with executive-level customers and internal teams

• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into business value

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in fast-moving environments
