Description

Lead and grow a team of Solutions Architects supporting AWS enterprise insurance customers. Partner with sellers as part of an account team to deliver AWS solutions that drive business outcomes, including migrations and expansion of customer services. Coach the team on architecture best practices, develop customer executive relationships, and produce high-quality technical documents and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AWS-based software solutions that achieve business outcomes (including AWS migrations and global expansion)

• Partner and coach the team to work with specialist and service teams to develop customer solutions

• Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects

• Build relationships with customers’ technical executives and decision makers

• Contribute to customer ideation by mapping AWS service capabilities

• Coach and enable internal/external knowledge sharing via publications and speaking

• Use strong writing skills to produce high-quality architecture and process documents

Requirements

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience architecting/operating cloud solutions on any major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.)
