Description

You will advise customers on suitable software, licensing, and cloud solutions and develop solution and licensing concepts based on their requirements. You will support software management, license classification and license administration, including renewals and cloud integrations, and assist the sales team with proposals, pricing, and deal support. You will also identify cross- and upselling opportunities and continuously refine the solution portfolio and sales activities based on market developments.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on software, licensing, and cloud solution selection; develop solution and licensing concepts
• Support software management, license classification, and license administration; assist with renewals and cloud connections
• Support sales on customer projects and strategic meetings; help with calculation and creation of offers
• Identify cross- and upselling opportunities; support expansion of existing customers
• Coordinate collaboration with manufacturers and distributors
• Monitor software, licensing, and cloud market developments; continuously improve the solution portfolio and sales activities

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training (or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of software management, licensing, license models, cloud, software portals, and/or renewals
• Enjoys technical consulting and creating customer-focused solutions
• Customer- and service-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and good English; interest in current developments in software, licensing, and cloud
