Description

Serve as a Software Pre-Sales Consultant focused on intralogistics solutions. Translate customer requirements and business processes into functional and technical solution concepts, and support the sales process with workshops, software demonstrations, and technical advisory. Also contribute to software strategy, roadmap planning, and the standardization of the internal software portfolio through standardized module development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes and convert them into functional and technical solution concepts
• Advise customers on best practices, standard software solutions, and optimization opportunities across their business processes
• Support sales with workshops, software demos, solution presentations, and technical customer consulting
• Identify gaps between customer requirements and standard product functions and define suitable solution approaches
• Create specifications, test plans, and acceptance criteria, and accompany customer acceptance
• Support software strategy and roadmap planning, standardize the internal portfolio, and develop standardized software modules in close collaboration with Solution Design and Software Development

Requirements

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline related to logistics, automation, or supply chain management
• Several years of experience in software sales, consulting on complex software and logistics products, or product management for complex software solutions
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and operations, preferably intralogistics
• Experience analyzing and specifying customer requirements and designing solution/software concepts
• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication and presentation skills
• Good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe
