Description

• Support tax advisory firms with the introduction and long-term use of Kanzlei.Suite.
• Conduct training and individual consulting appointments, often online.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution approaches; manage a fixed client base and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify additional consulting needs and upselling/cross-selling potential for further modules, functions, and services.
• Support customers in digitalization and change projects and collaborate closely with product management, development, sales, and service.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, consulting projects, project management, or customer support/advisory
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and entrepreneurial working style
• Enjoy explaining complex topics in a clear way
• Ability to recognize client needs and develop suitable advisory offers
• Analytical thinking and solution orientation
• Very good German language skills
• Experience with tax firm software or comparable industry software (advantage)
• DATEV knowledge, ideally DATEV EO comfort (advantage)
• Workshop, training, or moderation experience (advantage)
• Interest in digitization, process optimization, and artificial intelligence (advantage)
