Description

You will provide 1st & 2nd level support for four locations, analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems. The role also includes installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and end devices, managing user accounts and access rights, and documenting support cases and IT processes. You will support IT projects and help further develop the system landscape.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st & 2nd level support for four locations

• Analyze and fix hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and end devices

• Administer user accounts and access rights

• Document support cases and IT processes

• Support IT projects and further development of the system landscape

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification

• First experience in IT support (desired)

• Solid knowledge of Windows environments and common hardware/software

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools (advantageous)

• Analytical thinking and structured working style

• Teamwork and strong service and customer orientation

• Low travel willingness (max once per month)

• Very good German and Polish skills; ideally English
