Description

You will ensure professional remote operation of a Microsoft Enterprise infrastructure and manage central identity components including Active Directory, ADFS, Entra Connect, and PKI. You will independently handle incidents and service requests, analyzing and resolving authentication, synchronization, certificate, and authorization issues. You will implement changes, adapt system configurations to requirements, and maintain technical documentation while continuously improving processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote operational support for a Microsoft Enterprise environment
• Administer and maintain identities and permissions in complex Microsoft environments
• Manage incidents and service requests independently, troubleshooting authentication, synchronization, certificates, and access authorization issues
• Implement changes and adjust system configurations to meet customer requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support continuous optimization of processes and systems

Requirements

• Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in IT
• Detailed, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft technologies in scope, used confidently in complex IT environments
• Several years of experience in complex customer environments and a strong understanding of complex IT infrastructures
• Team-oriented working style and constructive collaboration
• Good German language skills (spoken and written) for communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
