Description

You will take end-to-end responsibility for designing and developing the company’s ICT environment and improving the day-to-day IT experience for users. The role covers hardware/software management, hybrid server and cloud operations, identity and access management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID), and security policy implementation such as MFA and Conditional Access. You will also oversee backups, monitoring, incident prevention, and contribute to cybersecurity and ISMS activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the company’s ICT environment

• Manage and develop HW and SW (servers, client devices, infrastructure)

• Administer server and hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)

• Manage identities and access: Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Entra ID

• Configure security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, access rules)

• Collaborate with external vendors and oversee SLA compliance

• Proactively support users and continuously improve their IT environment

• Set up, manage, and test backup and data restore

• Monitor and evaluate the IT environment’s health

• Participate in cybersecurity and ISMS efforts

Requirements

• Practical experience in a similar IT position (preferably senior/independent)

• Experience managing HW and SW including end-user devices

• Experience supporting users

• Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)

• Hybrid M365 identity experience (on-prem AD connected with cloud)

• Entra ID/Azure AD identity management including SSO and MFA

• Knowledge of Conditional Access and M365 licensing management

• Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory (AD DS)

• Experience with Group Policy (GPO) for environment standardization

• Familiarity with DNS and DHCP
