Description

You will run and support the professional remote operation of a hybrid Microsoft Enterprise messaging environment based on Microsoft Exchange. You are responsible for the complete messaging stack, including mailflow, databases, SMTP routing, and mail connectors. You handle incidents and service requests, troubleshoot complex messaging issues, and implement configuration changes with corresponding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hybrid Microsoft Enterprise messaging remotely based on Microsoft Exchange
• Own the full messaging stack (mailflow, databases, SMTP routing, mail connectors)
• Process incidents and service requests; analyze and resolve complex messaging disruptions
• Apply configuration changes and create/update documentation

Requirements

• Detailed practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (Exchange SE) and hybrid configurations
• Experience in complex customer environments (multi-year)
• Structured working style and ability to work in a team
• Careful, appropriate customer communication
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
