Description

Design, operate, and optimize modern Identity & Access Management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 in hybrid environments. Own the full identity and permissions lifecycle, including governance, self-service, and privileged access, and build Zero Trust security capabilities with technologies such as Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, and PIM. Automate and standardize processes using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API while contributing to international cloud and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, operate, and optimize identity and access management solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Conceive and implement end-to-end identity and access lifecycle solutions (governance, self-service, privileged access)
• Develop and run Zero Trust architectures and modern security solutions (Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, PIM)
• Automate and standardize processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and other automation technologies
• Work in an international team: advise stakeholders/customers, take technical ownership, and support cloud and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid identity architectures
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management and Zero Trust, including IT security and modern security/governance solutions
• Safe working knowledge of PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API; experience automating processes in Microsoft cloud environments
• Experience with cloud, migration, or modernization projects from planning through implementation
• German communication proficiency (at least C1) and English communication proficiency (at least B2) in speech and writing
