Description

Own end-to-end development and deployment of advanced ML systems powering GenAI agents, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, synthetic controls, and account prioritization—especially a high-quality context layer. Lead ambiguous, high-impact science problems from business framing through modeling, evaluation, and production deployment, partnering closely with sales and delivery stakeholders. Communicate methods and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while raising the scientific bar through mentorship and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex science problems: problem framing, data exploration, method selection, modeling, evaluation, and production deployment

• Set technical direction on ambiguous problems and make design decisions others build on

• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales and Delivery to scope open-ended questions into well-defined science and translate results into actionable recommendations

• Raise the scientific bar through design reviews, mentorship, and hands-on guidance

• Communicate methods, trade-offs, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Use Python, PySpark, and SQL for data analysis and model development

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree

• 6+ years building machine learning models for business applications

• Experience with SQL and Python scripting

• Experience communicating complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders

• Experience managing and deploying ML products
