Description

Lead the design and development of AI-driven Salesforce Agentforce agents. Work with architects and teams to configure agent reasoning and guardrails, build prompt and instruction frameworks, and optimize agent performance using contextual grounding and data retrieval (including RAG). Support the solution during maintenance with performance improvements, refactoring, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows
• Ability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents
• Expertise optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval
• Skills in monitoring and tuning AI agent performance
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes
• Background working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and implement complex data models and business logic
• Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and resolving technical issues
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (B2+)
• Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and evolving priorities
