Description

You will work as a Technology Consultant on customer sites to implement and continuously improve IT solutions. The position includes administering and optimizing Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 components like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD. You will also support 2nd-level users, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to cloud, security, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and further develop hybrid IT infrastructures

• Administer and optimize Microsoft environments: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy

• Develop the Microsoft 365 landscape (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)

• Support internal users in 2nd-level support with pragmatic solutions

• Participate in cloud, security, and infrastructure projects

• Analyze incidents, fix errors, and ensure stable IT processes

• Support the introduction of new technologies and IT standards

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/service providers

• Actively drive optimization and further development of the IT landscape

Requirements

• Completed degree in natural sciences or engineering (with or without work experience)

• Fluent German (C1) and strong practical communication skills

• Motivation to confidently meet future challenges and help shape new technologies
