Description

You will ensure smooth IT operations for customers in Microsoft client/server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identity solutions, virtualization, and backup. You analyze and eliminate potential causes of incidents, fix errors, and develop preventive measures while contributing to projects and day-to-day customer support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable IT operations for Microsoft client/server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identity solutions, virtualization, and backup
• Analyze incident causes, resolve errors, and develop prevention measures
• Work closely with customers and sales colleagues to provide improvement ideas for strengthening the IT infrastructure
• Independently implement customer-specific IT solutions and exchange expertise within the team
• Administer server, storage, and network hardware to ensure secure operations
• Support customers in ongoing business and projects with your IT expertise

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for systems integration or a degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics / related IT field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT administrator or system engineer
• Knowledge of software deployment and Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365
• Experience with hybrid identity solutions (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
• Experience with Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, and Veeam Backup & Replication
• Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Veeam Certified Engineer) are beneficial
• Good German skills (spoken and written)
• Driving license class B
