Description

Implement, operate, and troubleshoot customer IT infrastructure while delivering 1st- and 2nd-level support. You will install, configure, and administer servers, network components, and vendor applications, document all requests, and resolve complex incidents and requirements. You will also capture technical requirements and help optimize service processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualified intake of technical requirements

• 1st- and 2nd-level support

• Installation, configuration, and administration of servers, network components, and applications from various manufacturers

• Reliable documentation of all requests

• Contribute to optimizing service processes

• Resolve complex faults and requirements

• Ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)

• Advanced knowledge of network technologies

• Advanced knowledge of M365 services and/or storage and virtualization environments

• First or several years of experience in a comparable position

• Manufacturer certifications desirable

• Reliability, independent work, and teamwork

• Driver’s license class B or 3 required

• Good German skills in speaking and writing
