Description

Manage and administer internal IT systems, including planning, design, and further development of IT processes and the group-wide IT system landscape. Evaluate and introduce new technologies to analyze and improve internal (production) processes, handle second- and third-level troubleshooting, and continuously optimize IT security. Perform internal IT projects and install/configure the IT infrastructure; occasional travel and on-call duty are expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and further develop IT processes and the group-wide IT system landscape

• Administer and manage IT systems

• Analyze and resolve technical issues in second- and third-level support

• Optimize IT security

• Deliver internal IT projects

• Install and configure IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist, or equivalent qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Very strong knowledge of Windows and Windows-based applications, Microsoft 365, VMware virtualization, storage technologies, network environments, and firewall technologies

• Experience with security architectures

• Fast comprehension, teamwork, commitment, and analytical and communication skills

• Cross-system process understanding

• Occasional travel and on-call availability

• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
