Description

The role is for an experienced Senior Scrum Master ready to step up into a Junior RTE position. You will operate in a scaled Agile environment (ideally an ART), combining Scrum Master expertise with broader program-level responsibilities. You will support coordination across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and contribute to key ART-level events and planning.

Responsibilities

• Help manage dependencies and risks across teams
• Contribute to key ART-level events and planning activities
• Support coordination, planning, dependencies, risks, and alignment at program level as RTE responsibilities build

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in an ART or other scaled Agile environment (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of SAFe and scaled Agile ways of working
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring Jira and Jira Dashboards (mandatory)
• Interest in Agile leadership and ability to operate across teams and at program level
• Willingness and confidence to gradually take on Junior RTE responsibilities
