Description

You’ll support two product teams (~14 engineers) working in Scrum. The role focuses on removing impediments, improving work flow and forecasting, using metrics to drive better decisions, and keeping the backlog healthy. You’ll also facilitate events effectively and help maintain team health and psychological safety.

Responsibilities

• Enable value delivery by removing impediments from process, dependencies, unclear priorities, or tooling
• Improve flow by identifying bottlenecks and helping teams make work progression visible early
• Support forecasting and risk management by creating realistic delivery forecasts and surfacing risks early
• Use metrics (e.g., flow and DORA metrics) and turn insights into concrete process changes
• Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog healthy and split work into smaller, valuable pieces
• Facilitate Scrum events to keep them purposeful and effective; adapt when they stop serving the teams
• Maintain team health by promoting psychological safety and addressing tensions and conflicts early

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or similar role, including working with more than one team at a time
• Understanding of the full SDLC (refinement, development, code review, QA, CI/CD, release, production monitoring)
• Comfortable with technical concepts: technical debt, environments, feature flags, APIs, integrations, incidents
• Clear communication and the ability to adapt messaging for developers, Product Owners, and leadership
• Empathetic listening and ability to have difficult conversations respectfully
• Strong organization and prioritization
• Ability to foster data-driven, outcome-oriented decision-making
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, and Notion
• English B2+; Polish C2 (native)
